Delivery and returns are complimentary for inside the UK. Delivery for items in stock take 3-5 days. Made to order items take about 3-4 weeks.

Studio visits. My east London studio is open weekdays and Saturdays between 10am and 5pm should you wish to see and try on any items before purchasing. Please call or text to arrange your visit.

returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you would like to make a return, please email info@shakulalvani.com, so we can send you a returns label.

Please make sure we receive the package within 21 days of receiving your purchase and we will give you a full refund, or exchange.

Refunds will be made immediately on receipt of the returned goods.

Please ensure the garment is returned unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
